OUR TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• discovery of a client’s personal travel style

• trip consultation and recommendations

• research, design and reservation of a customized itinerary

• access to our global partnerships

• destination and travel information

• guidance regarding necessary travel requirements

• itinerary and travel document preparation

• personal representation before, during and after the trip

• any additional items necessary for a safe and enjoyable travel experience

FEES ARE BASED UPON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE TRIP, AND ARE QUOTED AS PART OF A CUSTOM TRIP AGREEMENT SENT AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.

Expedited Travel Planning (within 60 days of travel)* | from $500
Expedited Travel Planning Fee (within 30 days of travel)* | from $700
Purchased Airfare/Ticketing/Change Fee (per person) | from $50 (depending on # of segments)
Hourly rate for Hotel/Car/Cruise/Flight Research and Selection | $150/hour (one-hour minimum)
Hourly rate for Concierge Services, Additional Research, Multiple Revisions | $150/hour
Purchased wholesale/net airfare ticketing/change fee (per person) | 15% of fare
Cancellation Fee (per person)  | $200

*Your custom travel planning package is per destination and/or up to 4 hours of work by your travel specialist. Should the scope of work exceed 4 hours, due to multiple modifications to the itinerary, you will be notified of the overage in advance and charged $150 per hour after that.
*Travel assistance during normal business hours is complimentary. After-hours assistance is available for $50 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
