Discounted Group Rates for Pre and Post Event (Self Pay):

Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club will extend the following discounted group rate to participants who wish to extend their stay outside the program dates. The rates will be available up to three (3) nights pre and three (3) nights post program based on availability.

Discounted nightly rates are for Beachfront Junior Suites (1 King bed or 2 Doubles), based on single or double occupancy and include daily breakfast, hotel taxes and fees: $769.00 USD per night plus taxes and fees with breakfast included (up to 2 guests per room)
Approx. total per night including tax: $953.56 USD

A major credit card is required to request availability and guarantee room to credit card*.  Payment is then made direct to hotel upon check-in.

Cancellation policy:

Must cancel at least 48 hours prior to local check-in time direct with hotel to avoid a 1 night room and tax fee.
If you are cancelling entire trip, you must contact Kimberly Prentiss directly: kprentiss@kyriba.com

*Early check-in is on request only and not guaranteed. In order to guarantee early check-in you must book the night before.

Round-trip transportation from Anguilla Airport or St. Maarten Airport will be provided by Kyriba during event dates.

For those extending their stays to Anguilla, airport transfers are NOT INCLUDED.

Required Documentation for All Travelers:

All passengers are responsible for traveling with the proper documentation.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date.  Some countries may require a visa for transit or entry. 

Guests traveling without proper documentation may be denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines.  Any applicable fees/fines will be at attendees own expense.

Given that conditions may vary and that you are traveling to two different countries, it is imperative that you verify the proper documentation before you start your trip. Click below for requirements:

Important Reminders:

• All travelers must be fully vaccinated and have your booster completed. (This means your last dose of vaccination was 21 days prior to arrival but not more than one year). If full vaccination was completed more than one year prior to travel, a booster shot is required and must be at least 14 days old prior to entry.

• Visitors must take a PCR test 2-5 days prior to arrival or an antigen test within 48 hours of arrival, and results will need to be uploaded to the application once results are received, at least 24 hours in advance of arrival.

• Upon arrival in Anguilla, visitors will be tested again and must quarantine to the Aurora resort until a negative test result is confirmed. Not to worry, we will have great things planned at the Resort!

• Visitors to Anguilla must apply for an entry “visa” online at https://ivisitanguilla.com/. Note that this is an entry application required by all travelers. Be familiar with the entry requirements to both Anguilla and St Maarten* in case your flight is routed to St Maarten:

• Guests traveling from Countries where a Travel Visa for Anguilla is required will be responsible for acquiring their Visa. Be sure to check with your local consulate if a Travel Visa is required to Anguilla, and note that some international flights may have a layover in the US and may require a transit visa.   * Guests flying to St. Maarten will be transferred by boat to Anguilla.  These guests will need to follow transit/entry requirements for BOTH St. Maarten and Anguilla before departure from home city.  Each country will require uploading documents and/or completing health forms on individual government websites before travel.  Please review both websites carefully for detailed entry requirements.

  Travel restrictions change quickly.  Travelers are responsible for staying on top of COVID entry and exit requirements before & during their travels.

Issued Airline Tickets:  Please contact kyribaevents@cadencetravel.com or if outside of office hours, you may call airline direct.  Please note any changes may result in airline fees and will be at attendees own expense.

Any changes to existing airline tickets made direct with airline that affects schedule or flight numbers you must notify kyribaevents@cadencetravel.com and cc kprentiss@kyriba.com immediately.
